WOW DANNY! I've been reading your writings for years now, and you always get to the heart of what matters to me. I wrote down just yesterday a list of the negative emotions that I feel lately. Obvious to me now, those emotions are trying to paralyze me from taking action toward achieving my dreams. I REALLY appreciate your ability to cause a positive reaction in my brain when I need it most!

Kate it's all about the rhythm of the day....we fall off track but going right back to what works gets you back on the horse...as soon as you have a small victory you get that physical and emotional boost you need...
